Below is an overview of the KeyWorx QW 3 project outline.

1. Interview.
   • Get comments from developers (Tom,Fokke, Lodewijk, Bjorn, Bas, Henk,Michiel)
2. Versioning, Virtual Hosting & Hot deployment.
   • review portal/app component/deployment architecture
   • one-click version generation and deployment
   • enable kw version tied to portal/app (same server may run different versions)
   • use portal as deployment unit
   • develop easy tools
   • virtual hosts in app config
3. Libraries
   • Review/improve PHP lib (incl XML lib)
   • Review improve Flash lib (http & socket)
4. Security
   • Devise better strategy for users/rights/passwords etc
5. Admin
   • admin per portal.
6. 'Getting started'
   • make examples working
   • provide startup project template
   • facilitate initial DB data
   • facilitate workflow with tools for i.e. CVS, build & deploy
   • getting started guide (from download to building an app)
   • review current docs
7. CVS
   • remove "external" branch and make it an HTTP download/external libs through auto-download (not in CVS)
8. Architecture
   • review utopia/amuse integration
   • move daemon components (email/SMS/GPS) to Amuse
9. Configuration
   • simplify/merge/reuse context configs
10. Test
    • test automation
    • make Amuse protocol/stress test software more accessible/usable
11. Build
    • nightly build/test/downloads
    • standard ant must be enabled
    • separate build/download for Oase
12. Clients
    • add Just's KWRT gateway app (now under research branch)
    • improve/separate Java client
13. Live client support via HTTP port 80
14. Misc
    • caching support in Oase ?
    • make more examples
